Floor Installation

Thanks to the fast curing of polyaspartic floor coatings, the your new floor can be ready in as little as one day. The following steps are included in every installation.

1. Grind it

We start by mechanically grinding the concrete, to remove any traces of old coatings, paint, glues, stains and dirt. Gringind the floor also achieves the correct concrete profile.

2. Repair It

We will repair any cracks and holes in the floor. This is a crucial step in ensuring the structural integrity of the concrete and the epoxy coating

3. Base Coat

We apply a self-priming pure polyuria base coat.

4. Flake It

A polymer flake is generously hand broadcast providing even color & texture to the floor.

4. Scrape It

All excess flake is scraped off the floor leveling the floor to prepare it for final sealing.

4. Seal It

Finally, we apply a UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. Your new floor will be ready for light foot traffic after 6-8 hours.
